This notice explains how CoreMind Ltd ("CoreMind", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website and its sub‑domains (the Site), contact us, or subscribe to updates. It also sets out your rights.
Adults only: Our Site and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

2) What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use the Site.
Provided by you: name, email, phone, organisation (if given), your message/enquiry, newsletter preferences. If you purchase services, payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card numbers.
Collected automatically: technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed and referring sources via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
Please avoid sending confidential clinical details through general contact forms. If you become a client, you will receive a separate Client Privacy Notice covering service records.
3) Why we use your data (lawful bases)
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis:
Consent – e.g., sending newsletters/marketing; setting non‑essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Contract – to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, deliver services you request, and take payment.
Legitimate interests – to operate, secure and improve our Site, understand content performance, and communicate about similar services to existing customers (you can opt out at any time).
Legal obligation – to meet legal/financial/record‑keeping requirements.
4) Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to info@coremind.co.uk.

Aggregated analytics may be retained after cookie expiry.
6) Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary with trusted providers acting on our instructions, such as: website platform/hosting (Squarespace), email marketing (Mailchimp/Intuit), analytics/ads (Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads / Tag Manager), payments (Stripe/PayPal), scheduling/meetings (e.g., Calendly/Zoom), professional advisers and insurers, and authorities where required by law.
Some providers are outside the UK. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA or SCCs with UK Addendum).
7) How long we keep data (retention)
Enquiries / prospective clients: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become a client or ask us to delete sooner.
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
Client/service records: normally up to 7 years after last service (see Client Privacy Notice).
Financial/transaction records: 6 years for legal/accounting obligations.
8) Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g., TLS encryption, access controls). No method is 100% secure; keep your devices and passwords safe.
9) Your rights
You have rights under UK law, including to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing), data portability (where applicable), and to withdraw consent at any time.
