1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of executive coaching services and digital materials by CoreMind Ltd (“CoreMind”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By engaging CoreMind for coaching services or accessing digital materials, you (“you”, “the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to individual and institutional engagements, including services provided to investment firms, hedge funds, and senior professionals.
2. Scope of Coaching Services
CoreMind provides executive coaching and performance psychology services designed to support leadership effectiveness, decision quality, and performance sustainability.
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes, delivered remotely or in person by agreement.
Programmes include a defined number of sessions and access to supporting materials, as agreed in writing.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care, and does not replace professional medical or psychological services.
Coaching does not involve investment advice, portfolio input, or participation in investment decision-making.
The Client remains fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. No specific results are guaranteed.
3. Digital Materials
Digital materials (including toolkits, frameworks, recordings, and programme resources) are delivered electronically.
Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment terms are payable in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.
CoreMind reserves the right to revise fees for future engagements; confirmed engagements are not affected.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Individual Sessions: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be chargeable in full.
Programmes & Retainers: Once commenced, fees are non-refundable. Session rescheduling may be accommodated at CoreMind’s discretion, subject to availability.
6. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are conducted on a strictly confidential basis.
Information will not be disclosed to employers, partners, or third parties without explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm.
Any organisational-level insights shared with leadership are anonymised and aggregated, and only provided where explicitly agreed.
7. Independence & Non-Advisory Status
CoreMind operates independently and does not provide investment advice, risk management advice, or participate in investment decision-making.
All services are limited to executive coaching and performance psychology.
Nothing in this engagement constitutes regulated financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Coaching is a collaborative process; responsibility for decisions and actions remains with the Client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreMind shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of coaching services or digital materials.
9. Data Protection
CoreMind processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data is used solely for service delivery, communication, and legal or regulatory obligations.
Marketing communications are sent only where explicit consent has been given and may be withdrawn at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, tools, recordings, and digital resources provided by CoreMind Ltd are the intellectual property of CoreMind Ltd.
Materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Privacy Policy (Summary)
CoreMind Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through its website and services.
